We want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience at Royal Art Pet Shop. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Window
You can raise a return request within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions below.
2. Eligible Returns
- Product received in a **damaged condition**.
- Product is **defective** or **expired** on arrival.
- Product is **incorrect** (different from what was ordered).
In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund after verifying the issue.
3. Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:
- If the product has been **opened**, **used**, or **tampered** with after delivery.
- If damage or issue was caused by **improper handling or misuse** by the customer.
- Products damaged due to **pets**, **water**, or **incorrect usage**.
- Items without original packaging or invoice.
Note: Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If you find visible damage, inform us immediately within 24 hours.
4. Return Process
- Email us at support@royalpet.in with your order number, photos, and issue description.
- Our team will verify and arrange pickup if eligible.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Refund Conditions
- Refunds are issued only after product inspection and approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Ineligible returns will be sent back to the customer.
