1. Return Window

You can raise a return request within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions below.

2. Eligible Returns

• Product received in a **damaged condition**.
• Product is **defective** or **expired** on arrival.
• Product is **incorrect** (different from what was ordered).

In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund after verifying the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

• If the product has been **opened**, **used**, or **tampered** with after delivery.
• If damage or issue was caused by **improper handling or misuse** by the customer.
• Products damaged due to **pets**, **water**, or **incorrect usage**.
• Items without original packaging or invoice.

4. Return Process

• Email us at support@royalpet.in with your order number, photos, and issue description.
• Our team will verify and arrange pickup if eligible.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Refund Conditions

• Refunds are issued only after product inspection and approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Ineligible returns will be sent back to the customer.
