Order Processing

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 days of order placement. If any item is temporarily unavailable, procurement may take a few extra days. We’ll keep you updated throughout.

Shipping Within Mumbai

Once your order is ready for dispatch, deliveries within Mumbai usually take 1–2 days.

Shipping Outside Mumbai

To ensure safe delivery, we ship through reputed courier partners. After dispatch, your tracking number will be shared via email/SMS.

Delivery Time (Non-Mumbai Orders)

Courier selection depends on items, order value and destination. Estimated delivery windows typically fall into:

• 3–5 days
• 7–8 days
• 10–12 days

You can check the exact ETA on the courier partner’s website using your tracking number.
